In 2017, Sorma Iberica decides to complete the offer with all the technology and peripheral machinery necessary to ensure the correct function of its optical sorting machines, establishing TecnoSorma. The sixteenth associate was created thanks to the acquisition of Tecnosor, a famous, long-standing company dedicated, as already mentioned, to the tailored design of all peripheral machines. Still situated in Cieza, in the heart of the region of Murcia, a strategic production pole, it has in fact been often defined as “Europe's vegetable plot”. With respect to the optical sorting machine, the branch splits into incoming and outgoing technologies.
