PRODUCTION PLANNING SPECIALIST
After an initial training period focused on the company’s internal production processes, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and effective planning of production activities within the assigned departments, while optimally managing departmental staff.
The role will include a range of activities, such as:
• Preparing production plans;
• Monitoring order progress;
• Coordinating one or more departments, including shift planning, holidays and leave;
• Maintaining continuous communication with the Production, Sales, Quality and Logistics departments;
• Monitoring compliance with safety standards;
• Using IT and management software tools to support production planning.
The ideal candidate has at least three years of experience in production planning activities within structured manufacturing environments. They have strong problem-solving skills, a strong team-oriented approach and excellent communication abilities.

Work location: Cesena
Working hours: Day shift, Monday to Friday
Contract: Employment may be offered on either a fixed-term or permanent basis. The applicable National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL) is the Metalworking Industry – Large Companies agreement.
Compensation: For this position, the initial gross annual salary (RAL) will be no less than €26,843.44 for a full-time contract. This compensation is consistent with the applicable National Collective Labour Agreement and complies with the pay transparency requirements set out in EU Directive 2023/970 and the relevant national implementing legislation.
Any variable compensation components or benefits will be presented at a later stage.
