Our tailor made washing machines combine the use of rotary brushes with high pressure nozzles to ensure the thorough, complete cleaning of the whole surface of the fruit, while the dryer removes excess water. For deeper cleaning, food soaps, tanks and waterfalls are employed. The fruits rotate 360° thanks to special washing and drying brushes or rotary sponges to increase working speed.
