High performance platform designed and developed for the specific characteristics of potatoes, mango and avocado. Compared with the competition and the solutions available to date in Sorma, the trolleys are today able to transport even large avocado and mango and rotate the fruits for a complete, 360° inspection, not only of the side facing upwards. It is also perfect for other large and oblong fruits like peppers, for example. An innovative fruit input system uses V-shaped belts, with independent, automatic speeds, to guarantee a high percentage of transport trolley filling. Sormatech M stands out from the other systems on the market also for its extremely high productivity levels, reaching up to 8 fruits per second, per line, thanks to the union of the -v-belts and the short step of the trolleys, which reduces the distance between one fruit and the next. This platform is compatible with our Hyper Vision optics and is available in versions with 2, 3 or 4 lines.
